For DevOps / FinOps teams paying AWS list price

Your AWS bill has $2,100/mo
of obvious savings your cloud broker won't tell you about.

We parse your AWS Cost & Usage Report (CUR 2.0, May 2026 shape) and hand back a per-SKU optimization plan — Reserved Instance + Savings Plan re-balance, Spot eligibility, NAT & egress fixes, plus the boring Hetzner / R2 / Bunny swaps everyone misses. Zero kickbacks from any cloud. Median startup audit surfaces $2,100/mo of obvious moves.

Free preview · stack up to 5 AWS SKUs

Five swaps. One number.
Annualized in real-time.

Add the AWS services you spend the most on. We'll surface the cheapest equivalent for each, animate your monthly savings, and project what a full CUR audit usually finds.

stackswap@belkins ~ swap-preview --multi-sku
3 / 5 SKUs
◆ This is up to 5 SKUs. Your CUR has hundreds. The full audit reads your real CUR 2.0 export from S3, surfaces 30-50 swap candidates, and ships a Notion doc with downtime windows + Terraform stubs. Read-only IAM. No agent installed.
Why bother

Three numbers that decide it.

~65%
Median AWS→Hetzner savings
Post-April-2026 Hetzner +30% hike. Was 80%. Still the largest delta in cloud-cost arbitrage. Read-only audit shows the line items.
$2.1K
Average obvious moves per startup audit
Three to seven SKUs. NAT Gateway → self-hosted, RDS → Postgres on Hetzner Cloud, CloudFront → Bunny. The boring 65%, no architecture rewrites.
$0
Kickbacks from any cloud, ever
We're paid by you, not them. Recommendations don't tilt — every swap is the cheapest math we found, even when it's stay-on-AWS.
How it works

Three commands.

▸ 01 · CONNECT
Read-only IAM
You create a read-only IAM user scoped to Cost Explorer + your CUR S3 bucket. We never touch compute, never write, never reach into your accounts. Revoke any time.
▸ 02 · PARSE
CUR 2.0 ingest
We parse the latest CUR via signed pre-signed URLs. Artifacts deleted after 24h. We map every line item to its cheapest equivalent across Hetzner, GCP, DO, Vultr, OVH.
▸ 03 · DELIVER
Notion doc + scripts
You get a swap plan: SKU diff, savings $/mo, downtime windows, migration scripts (Terraform / shell), and a "what NOT to swap" section so you don't break what's already cheap.
Pricing

Three tiers. Refundable.

All tiers ship a Notion doc + Terraform stubs. Differences are bill-size and number of audits per month.

READ-ONLY IAM, ALWAYS.

FAQ

The honest answers.

What's the refund policy?

14-day full refund (30-day for Agency tier). Reply to vladislav@belkins.io and the charge reverses. Cancel anytime via Stripe; you keep access through end of billing period.

What about Reserved Instances and Savings Plans?

We surface them in the audit but never recommend swapping pre-paid commitments mid-term — that's burning sunk cost. Recommendations are for on-demand and post-RI workloads. Long-running steady-state stays on AWS if your RI math is good.

Do you support Azure and GCP?

Yes for ingestion (we parse Azure CSV exports + GCP billing exports). Swap targets are AWS / GCP / Azure / Hetzner / DigitalOcean / Linode / Vultr / OVH. Swap analysis is bidirectional — sometimes the answer is move TO AWS from Azure.

What's the minimum bill size to be worth it?

~$800/mo. Below that, the audit fee plus migration time isn't recoupable. Tell us your bill range honestly and we'll pre-screen — if it's not worth it, we'll say so before charging.

How long does the audit take?

72 hours from CUR access to delivered Notion doc. We pull the last 90 days, run the full SKU map, hand-validate top 20 candidates, and ship.

Ten bets shipping in parallel.
This one recovers $2,100/mo.

$29-$499/month, 14-day refund, audit window opens May 18. Or join the early-access list and we'll send the first migration template free.
